Numero Dos: I didn’t pick up a camera — well to take photos with, that is –from Sunday morning until last night. And even then that was only to take photos of lenses. Typically I only go a day or two without using one of my cameras during the week. Of course, this was due to the fact that I was between lenses for most of this week. I sent my workhorse off to be appraised by a camera store (for them to buy from me) and its replacement arrived yesterday evening.

Numero Tres: On Monday, I came across the most genius idea Keebler has created to date — cheesecake cookies. Seriously good … and addicting.

Numero Quatro: If everything goes to plan, I’ll be listing a number of things on ebay this weekend … a camera lens, some photography props, and some new (with and without tags) clothing). Want the link to the listings, just leave a comment

Numero Cinco: I truly envy those who know how to use a wacom tablet and are able to create the coolest digital illustrations. Me ,on the other hand, cannot do more than doodle out my biz logo, and as of today, a heart.

The vet ran some more tests and gave us the results today — to summarize it, he’s never seen anything like this with a canine having a tumor on his kidney. He did not feel Bash would make it even with surgery as far advanced as he was, so my dad made the call to have him put to sleep so he wouldn’t have to keep suffering. I hate it that I couldn’t be there and that I couldn’t do anything and that I had no clue until he stopped acting like his tough self. He was six and half years old — too young in human years muchless dog ones to suffer like this.

Farewell Bash … be kind to Wilbur and Sweets or Wilbur will nip that other ear tip off I’ll miss those sad brown eyes of yours that earned you your name when we picked you out from all your brothers and sisters. I never saw a dog try so hard like did to be good even though your Bad Dog self popped out on occasion. I finally had you trained to shake for treats — and you had the “I look like a seal when I pull my ears back” looked perfected when you did your doggie yoga pose.

I heard it while was half listening to the men’s beach volleyball while waiting for my killer headache to subside yesterday. Realized I hadn’t heard it since I was in high school. Mentioned it to the bro later, sung a bit of it. Kid didn’t know what on earth I was talking about, only that I kept uttering the word “ho”.

So, if you know where I can find an audio clip so I can enlighten him to this pep rally treasure of a song, please let me know. His corrupted brain cells will thank you, I think…

PT4P v2 (aka Pinkletoes 4 Photographers Version 2) — I didn’t participate last year, but after seeing what all last year’s members received, I had to join this year. Already I’ve gotten more than my investment’s worth! I’m currently tweaking the clientWeb to fit my needs and working on the Flash brochures. Not to mention, along with the products, you are able to participate in the forums, another wonderful resource. I’ve gotten lots of great ideas I plan to spend the fall implementing and developing.

Totally Rad Actions — While I’ve only used the sample set, those three actions have become two of my most used sets. This year I focused more on equipment, so I haven’t purchased the full set yet. However, its on the list for next year!

Pioneer Woman Action Set — The best thing about this set, they are free!!! I especially love the Boost and Vintage actions.

I have more, but the aforementioned beginnings of a migraine are interfering with my ability to recall them at this late hour. Off to attempt to sleep…
